- Replace engine buttons with <select> dropdown
- Add ENGINE_CONFIG for centralized engine management
- Add global/per-sentence emotion UI mode switching
- Add #engine-select dark theme styles
- Remove old .switch-btn and .engine-icon styles
- Reset emotion state on engine switch
