doco: 修复C4标点层prompt偏保守(88%逗号→76%)，重跑ep003出稿

标点prompt加第5条规则：明确要求陈述句结尾用句号，附错误/正确示范。
strip_punct硬校验兜底不变，汉字零改红线未破。
ep003句号从70涨到118，逗号占比从88%降至76%。
